Reasons of buying Link Reit
The pandemic in Hong Kong is still heating up, and there has been news that the government is considering closing the city. It is believed that due to this reason, Link’s share price continues to bottom out today. I think this is only a short-term unfavorable factor and will not affect the long-term development of the company, so I continue to be optimistic about Link’s long-term rent collection and asset appreciation capabilities.
