The prices of Reits and bonds did not change much, so continue to hold them with peace of mind and receive regular interest payments.
I have agreed to subscribe for the rights issue of Yuexiu REIT. The purpose of the company’s rights issue is to acquire high-quality assets. Although it will still increase the company’s liabilities, it will have a positive effect on the company’s income in the long run, and the company’s operating risks are limited, so the increase in debt is also acceptable in my opinion.
