This week, Hong Kong Reits fell across the board. It seems that funds have been rotated, or because Hong Kong stocks have fallen all over, investors have lost confidence and some funds have been withdrawn outwards. Link, Champion, Yuexiu, Sunlight and Fortune fell 4.85%, 8.75%, 10.17%, 6.41% and 5.03%, respectively. The magnitudes of decline in HK Reits were astonishing. For long-term investment, I think now is a good time to increase holdings of Hong Kong Reits.
Singapore Reits and US Reits did not change much, and Simon Property Group Inc (US stock code: SPG) increased by 2.63%.
