Operations this week
On August 24, I bought six reits and a bond. They are Link Reit (HK stock code: 823), Fortune Reit (HK stock code: 778), Champion Reit (HK stock code: 2778), Yuexiu Reit (HK stock code: 405), Sunlight Reit (HK stock code: 435), Realty Income Corporation (US stock code: O) and a US corporate bond LUMN 7.995 06/01/36, and sold another bond DISH 7.75 07/01/26 on the same day. Reits held this week tended to move downwards. Among Hong Kong Reits, Link and Fortune fell 3.38% and 4.81% respectively; among Singapore Reits, M44U and N2IU also fell 2.39%; while holdings of US Reit SPG rose by 3.82%.
